VIGOR Project

Nivi Group is currently exploring the HT area, in particular within the field of the automated management of parking lots. At a time when the volume of business increases, the company realized the need to reflect on its own internal structure. Because of the rapid market evolution and the pressing rhythm of innovations, you can’t afford to neglect the strategic and organizational aspects of the group.
In a synthesized path in the project “VIGOR – Support to organizational change and to innovation of the offer” Nivi was provided with new managerial tools for the management of its own business. All this has been possible thanks to the funds granted by the European Union, in order to encourage the wish to innovate and to prove themselves.

The goals indicated in the datasheet which have characterized the implementation of the project were as follows:

Operational Target 1: organizational change, intended to thoroughly analyze the internal environment of the company from different points of view and in particular in terms of financial performance, main management aspects organizational and functional structure, etc… with a view to identify the critical elements which characterize the company and the actions to contribute to their solution especially regarding the organizational structure (Serve B.2.1 of the Catalogue of Advanced and Qualified Services);• Operational Target 1: organizational change, intended to thoroughly analyze the internal environment of the company from different points of view and in particular in terms of financial performance, main management aspects, organizational and functional structure, etc… with a view to identify the critical elements which characterize the company and the actions to contribute to their solution especially regarding the organizational structure (Serve B.2.1 of the Catalogue of Advanced and Qualified Services);

Operational Target 2: innovation of the offer, intended to analyze the market in which the company is active, in order to highlight its current status and, in particular, its perspective, thus trying to predict the future developments (Service B.1.7 of the Catalogue of Advanced and Qualified Services).

 

The stages of work carried out for these targets were as follows:

Operational Target 1 – Support to organizational change:

1. Analysis of the organizational environment;
2. Analysis of the financial performance;
3. Redesign of the organization.

Operational Target 2 – Innovation of the offer:

1. Market analysis;
2. Development of the market strategy;
3. Examination of the results to be expected.

At the end of the activities, the findings have been pooled in two documents named “Strategic plan” and “ Organizational structure and functions”. The business management has changed with beneficial effects on the potential of growth of the value to benefit of all the stakeholders.
Furthermore, during the implementation of the project, from 2015 to 2016, there was an increase of 8 working units between 18 and 40 years old.
